I do not know our online account log-in/password.

The person who used to write grant applications for us is no longer with our organization, and I do not know our online account log-in/password. How can I access our online account?

We will need the email address of the person who will be submitting the application on behalf of the organization and then we can transfer the old account to this new email address. When we do that, you will receive an email indicating the account has been transferred and you may update the password to suit your preference.
