How do I find and begin an online application?

Online Application links can be accessed on the HCF Website: on the Home Page, click on ‘Grant Submissions.’

  • FDG Links will be provided towards the top of the page;
  • ADG Links will be provided towards the bottom of the page (you’ll need to scroll down)

NOTE – there are two 2) links you will need to use per application: one for BEGINNING an application, and a second link to RETURN to a SAVED APPLICATION; Be sure you click on the right link!!!
