Agenda

The Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City is pleased to bring together a team of experts and peers to share with Kansas City health care stakeholders their experience in navigating these changes. Participants will learn about the Triple Aim Framework and how it is being implemented nationally as well as learn about key improvement skills and community partnerships that have adopted the Triple Aim as an improvement Framework.

Presenters include:

  • Kathryn Brooks, MPH, Project Manager for Triple Aim Initiatives at the Institute for Health Care Improvement (IHI).
  • David M. Williams, Ph.D., Improvement Advisor for IHI and founder of True Simple Improvement (www.truesimple.com).
  • Eleanor Littman, R.N. is the Executive Director of The Health Improvement Partnership of Santa Cruz County.
