Foundation Defined Grants (FDGs) are awarded to address barriers to health in our three core funding areas of Healthy Communities, Mental Health and Safety Net Health Care.
HCF will issue a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for each funding area. RFPs are released throughout the year. To receive alerts that an RFP has been released, please sign up for our eNewsletter.
Organizations are allowed to submit only one proposal per FDG as the lead organization. Hospitals, universities, colleges, city departments and affiliated foundations and sponsored research organizations may submit two applications.
