KANSAS CITY, MO – The Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City (HCF) has elected James Dockins, Ed.D., FACHE, Assistant Professor of Healthcare Leadership at Rockhurst University to its Board of Directors.
Dockins was elected at HCF’s April Board of Directors meeting during a special election to replace Zori Rodriguez, who resigned from the board due to relocation.

He has served in various leadership roles in the health care sector and brings to HCF his extensive knowledge of health policy and a great passion for our mission to help eliminate barriers and promote quality health for the uninsured and underserved,” said Bridget McCandless, M.D., HCF President/CEO.
