Mental Health Pre-Proposal Conference

Kauffman Foundation Conference Center, Town Square

February 22 @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am

Please join us for our annual Mental Health Pre-Proposal Conference. We will briefly review the 2018 Mental Health grant application and introduce the theory of change indicators. Watch our funding application webinar for a complete description of the Mental Health RFP strategies and application process.

Professional learning opportunity
In response to feedback from previous conferences, we are happy to offer a professional learning opportunity this year. Our conference will include a 90-minute presentation on Implicit Bias by Jessica Forsyth from Denver Public Health and Hugh Vasquez from the National Equity Project.

Participants will:

    • Increase understanding of the context and neuroscience of implicit bias
    • Build awareness of the implications of implicit bias in behavioral health care
    • Learn and practice skills to interrupt implicit bias.
