DeLaSalle Education Center, located in the heart of inner-city Kansas City, has been helping students living with the realities of inner city life. For six year, DeLaSalle's mental health program, Team of Care, provides one-on-one therapy sessions and improved counseling. Parents of students who have used the service have noticed positive changes in their children. Educators say that students in the program have better attendance and are more likely to graduate.
